她有著嬌小的身材，但是她卻有聰慧過人的商業頭腦，2015年胡潤女富豪榜她以身家190億排名第九位。她有著不足1.55米的身高，臉上始終掛著笑容，就這樣一看似可愛的嬌小女人站在你面前，你真的很難想到她是身家過百億的富豪。或許你能想不到的是，在2016年6月7日，胡潤研究院聯合公益組織“大城小愛慈尚會”發布的《大城小愛慈尚會2016胡潤慈善榜》上透露的信息，何巧女成為今年的女首善，她是歷史上第一次進入前十名的女性慈善家，也是歷史上捐贈數額最大的女首善。作為上市公司東方園林的董事長，何巧女過去一年共捐贈29億元，主要是承諾捐贈自己所持有的東方園林7630萬股股權，以個人減持股票后的現金，捐贈給北京巧女公益基金會，根據項目進展逐年撥付。
